"Pick and Mix" offers a range of 1-day workshops which look at areas such as Leadership, Finance, Change and Performance and Planning. Participants can choose a 'menu' of workshops to meet their specific needs. We recommend a minimum of 3 workshops - there is no maximum. The course is approved by the Institute of Leadership & Management as a Development programme, which does not include any formal assessments.
