- Lawrence Webb Ltd. Based on the mentoring programme, Lydia helped Lawrence to develop a picture of where he wants to be in five years' time. - Green Hippo Ltd. As a result of successful growth over the last two years, Green Hippo's directors recognise the need for a review of their corporate governance and organisational reporting lines. Following interviews with all key staff, Lydia is working with the directors to review roles & responsibilities, reporting lines and identify new roles. She will support the recruitment of a new Non-Executive Director and key product manager positions.
- Clear Insurance Ltd. Lydia has worked with Clear for over five years. She has coached and mentored directors and senior managers, facilitated away-days, run team-building workshops and more recently conducted a Customer Loyalty survey to gather live feedback and identify opportunities for improving service to clients.Read more...
- Kensington & Chelsea NHS LH Consulting is a member of the8group, who deliver leadership & management training to Practice Managers in GP Practices. In 2010-11, we delivered three programmes (levels 3, 5 and 7) to 80% of managers in the borough, with 80% achieving their ILM certificate. In addition to workshops, we offer problem-solving learning groups, tutorial support and help with written assignments. The Level 7 also undertook a Dragon's Den Presentation on their project.
- Solace Women's Aid Lydia recommended the Director attend a Leadership & Management open programme, delivered by the8group; she also provided mentoring, to support her learning & development. In addition, she facilitated senior management team planning and Quality workshops. She continues to support the Director of Corporate Services, in implementing an Appreciative Enquiry project, forming part of her Masters through the use of an Business Excellence model self-assessment tool (How do You Shape Up).
- Veolia Lydia delivers the two optional Work Based Learning Modules (operational and strategic), forming part of the Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies at Kingston University, delivered in-house to Veolia managers. She provides tutorial support to students, facilitating the application of learning from core modules in the work place and enabling them to write assignments at post-graduate level.
- Action for Children Lydia co-delivered the Action Academy, a middle management Leadership programme through Kingston University in collaboration with Cherith Simmons in 2010. She was responsible for the academic content and the assignments, required to achieve the Post Graduate Diploma in Leadership from Kingston. A number of students will undertake the remaining 60 credits to achieve a Masters.
